Method
The Journey is an amazingly simple step-by-step method for self-exploration that can help us to get more in touch with ourselves and thus activate our own powers of change and healing by overcoming blockages.
- How often do reactions determine us - which we do not understand or only partially understand?
- How often would we like to overcome a behaviour - and do not know how?
- How often in life are we controlled by our emotions (fear, anger, ....)?
- How often do we get in our own way - and don't know how to get around ourselves?
- How often are we guided by beliefs - that don't even have to be ours?
- How often do we react rashly - and regret it afterwards?
- How often do we feel we are not good enough?
By disconnecting from ourselves, suppressing our feelings, letting ourselves be guided by negative beliefs, we open the doors to dissatisfaction, depression, illness, failure, feelings of futility, and more.
Trauma also can results in physiological as well as phychological issues.
It is known today through epigenetic studies that the environment and thus experiences we have change the DNA. This is referred to as cell memory.
By means of guided introspection, inner journeys, changing old beliefs, etc., access to the hidden causes of such problems can be sought, the cell memory can be "reset" and the cell can again produce healthy offspring.
The method is thus suitable for emotional issues and problems as well as for physical issues*.
