Naturopathy

...encompasses a very vast array of methods.

I work with:

Traditional Chinesische Medicine

VMany of the methods I practice come from the TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine

These include:

  • Acupuncture
  • Tuina / AnMo
  • Moxibustion - often known as Moxa
  • Cupping
  • GuaSha

Nutrition also has an enormous importance.

Japanese Acupunctur

In the field of acupuncture I have specialised in Japanese acupuncture

Especially the Toyohari style is extraordinarily juicy and works mostly with non-invasive contact techniques. Thus, it is suitable for particularly sensitive, weakened or very sensitive people and also very good for children.

Acupuncture according to Dr. Manaka proves to be extremely effective, especially in connection with whiplash.

Manual Therapies

Manual therapy and Tuina are the ideal tools to use when things are blocked and painful.

ABut much more can be achieved through the musculoskeletal system than "just" reducing pain.

As our ability to compensate is increased or restored, it becomes possible for us again to better deal with what we are confronted with. Thus, we can activate our self-healing powers again.

Nutrition

Nutrition is one of the most important supporting factors for our health.

I believe that there is not THE right diet that fits everyone.

Here it is about supporting you, to find out which food is suitable for you, to clarify incompatibilities and to put something together and try it out from a wide range of points of view.

Detoxing!

Due to the ever increasing environmental pollution, the topic of removal and detoxification is becoming more and more important. We are systematically "poisoned" via the environment. This can happen via the food chain (influenced by pollution and agriculture), via drugs, pollution, etc..

Here it is about finding a way to help the body to get rid of the accumulated toxins.

Phytotherapy

"There is a herb for every illness!"

They are there, growing around us", just waiting for us to help ourselves to "the pharmacy of God."

In phytotherapy, we do just that: we make use of plants for support and, ideally, recovery.
